Avid readers, I don't know how long I'll be able to stay in the gated community.
I dragged myself out of bed this morning and decided to have a shower immediately. Normally I have a very strong black coffee to wake myself up before attempting any complicated procedures. I turned right out of the bedroom when I should have turned left. I opened the door in my pyjamas [I didn't know you had a door in your pyjamas - boom boom] and disrobed. My eyes were still sealed shut and I had difficulty locating the light switch. At last I found it.
There was a scream.
My eyes flew open and there was the wife of the President of the Resident's Association waiting for the lift, in her twin set and pearls, with her breast on the end of my finger.
With lightening reactions I said "Jehovah's Witnesses..... hide!" and rushed back inside.
I haven't received an official complaint yet but there's still time.
