i think they are fab, its so annoying when you have black socks and with age and failing eye sight you can't tell which is a pair, well you can't go wrong with them. Brilliant!

I've never bothered about pairing them up too much - so long as they matchish ...........

Truly, dear papersurfing gentleman, I only meant to pay you back for that kindness you bestowed upon me while I was away tending to my sick child... it seems there was a lovely and ever-so-flattering photo of me going down some slippery hill or something... Countless fraccers have written to tell me they now have that photo framed in their memory books and as part of their family video presentations. I am such a lucky one, and it's all due to your kindness.

I probably shall never be able to repay you enough though. I may have to write yet another tribute to your loving kindnesses. After all, it isn't every girl lucky enough to have a boss that would send her one shoe...

daddyp when I was a naughty teenager I had seven pairs of knickers with days of the week on them. when I was about 30 I ran into an old boyfriend in the street and he confessed that he'd never stopped thinking about the time he'd been allowed to see my purple Sunday panties and actually asked me if I still wore them!

Oooohh, me too, Nursey. Though my Sunday panties weren't purple; I think they were white with rainbows printed on them. Or maybe those were my Saturday knickers.

I understand why they are called a "pair" of socks....but why a "pair" of underpants (or undercrackers as you say)....really....why?!?!? There is only one...do we say a pair of bras?...Noooooo.....

You know how some folks need their mittens connected with a string? And how if you don't pin the socks together in the wash, one invariably disappears? Well, if the two sides (one for each leg to enter) of the underwear weren't connected at the crotch... they'd be two items I suppose... hence, a pair. We still call it a pair of mittens, even when peabrains need them connected with a string....

I love new socks!I have huge colection in every colour you might imagine because everybody used to give me socks anytime as gift!Probably I would end up mixing colours and days...Today we had a little rain in Figueira,but it's still warm,still no time fro socks!!Have a great weekend!
