I would have been very worried about my relationship with the in-laws if this cake had shown up at my wedding.



Actually we had a very simple wedding – Register Office, 6 photos on the Box Brownie and all back to the TG’s house for a Babycham and Ritz crackers. Total cost, about £20 including the ring, the licence and the refreshments – all paid for by the terrible Goddess. I only had my pocket money after all.

I wonder if the queen of cake decoration has ever been asked to make a ‘disaster’ confection? Perhaps we’ll find out.
