I was over at John’s place and this post set me thinking.
The wardrobe in the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe suddenly seemed like a good analogy for a way of life, or a person who feels content with their way of life, which is a state I aspire to; not to be confused with complacency of course. I realise that not everyone aspires to this, which is as it should be.

I had this vision of being surrounded by the comfort of the fur coats.
There were two ways out of the wardrobe [and, of course, into the wardrobe]. On one side was the ‘real’ world and on the other an ‘imaginary’ world.

This is an excellent metaphor for my blog.
My state of mind is, in the main, of the equable type – I am reasonably comfortable with myself.
The imaginary rubbish I come up with in the posts is, 99 times out of a 100, based on something that actually has happened and then taken to ridiculous extremes.

Whichever side of the closet I come out of it's fun most of the time, with good company on both sides.

Ho hum – anyway, I’m going to go and annoy a wicked Queen now – I would never, ever take on a goddess though……….. I’m not that stupid. (The very fact that you're saying that........ Lo,TG Ed)
