On this date in 2007 my blog was born [having been thrown out of Penfold’s blog as a guest writer ……… rather abruptly I thought].
My thank you list is too long to list; I have a bad memory and an even worse attitude [Please note the double meaning of ‘list’ …… Come on - keep up], you know who you are, even if I don’t. Newcomers: backtrack through my comments over the year and see who has been rocking the boat [brilliant].
I was thrown in at the deep end but quickly learnt to swim [stroke of genius] [[and again ….. amazing, a double whammy]] and then sailed away [inspired!].
I’ve managed to keep my head above water [stop it!!!] in the sea of blogs out there [I’m feeling quite faint now…].
I know!!!! – I’ll rename myself ‘The Incredible Hulk”..

I leave it up to my avid readers to decide which has been the biggest disaster.
